topped the Philadelphia Phillies by the slimmest of margins, 2 to 1.
Jon Rauch(2-0) looked good in relief and was the winning pitcher. He allowed
no hits and 1 walk in 1 inning. Philadelphia threatened in the 9th but their
rally came up short.
Rauch got relief help from Chad Cordero who gained credit for his 7th save.
Rheal Cormier(0-2) was the loser in relief.
