Every run in this game came on a homerun as the first game of the series of red goes to the Red Sox. Solo shots by Millar, Mueller, Payton and Varitek and Ken Griffey Jr account for the scoring, as the Sox win their 3rd game in the last 4. Maybe now they will finally start winning like they should be!!

At Fenway Park the Boston Red Sox outscored the ice-cold Cincinnati Reds 4 to

Matt Clement(5-4) had a solid outing for Boston.  He surrendered 7 hits and no
walks in 7 and 1/3 innings reducing his ERA from 4.93 to 4.62.  Both teams
ended up with 8 on the night.  
 
Keith Foulke recorded his 16th save.  Eric Milton(5-5) was charged with the
loss.  He surrendered 2 runs and 4 hits in 4 innings.
