June 4, 2005 Angels 7, Red Sox 6 (11)

Strat-O-Matic Report

Despite having the lead twice in the game, the Sox can't hold it and fall to 0-6 in extra innings for the season. John Halama went 3 2/3 innings of scoreless relief, but naturally Brendan Donnelly of the Angels also pitched 3 innings of scoreless ball at the same time. Dallas McPherson's sac fly puts the Halos back in front in the 11th, and the Sox go down in order against Francisco Rodrigues, who also saved the Angels win over the Sox the previous day.
